• Proof of date of birth in the accepted format
• Recent passport-size photographs where requested
• Previous school report card or academic record
• Transfer Certificate for applicable classes
• Student and parent identification documents as officially required
• Address proof and category documents where applicable
• Any class-specific records requested by the school

Do not send Aadhaar, birth certificates, medical records or other sensitive child documents through an unverified public form or email.
