Academics

CBSE academics at Bhavans Vadodara are organised as a continuous learning journey from Nursery to Grade XII. Each stage responds to the developmental needs of students while preparing them for the next level with clarity and confidence.

Early years: Nursery and Kindergarten

The early years create a secure foundation for communication, movement, social interaction, creativity and readiness for formal learning. Children learn through conversation, stories, play, observation, music, art and guided activities.

Primary school: Classes I–V

Primary education strengthens literacy, numeracy, environmental awareness, expression and learning habits. Lessons are designed to connect concepts with familiar experiences and encourage children to ask questions, explain ideas and work independently as well as collaboratively.

Middle school: Classes VI–VIII

Middle school introduces greater subject depth and structured study. Students learn to organise information, interpret evidence, solve problems, communicate accurately and take increasing responsibility for their work.

Secondary school: Classes IX–X

At the secondary level, students work within the CBSE framework and prepare systematically for board assessment. Conceptual understanding, practice, revision, laboratory work, feedback and academic guidance are important components of this stage.

Senior secondary: Classes XI–XII

The senior secondary stage supports subject specialisation and future planning. The school currently communicates PCM, PCB and Commerce pathways for Grade XI admissions, subject to the official academic-year notification, eligibility criteria and availability.
