This school child safeguarding and image policy guides the responsible use of student information on the public website and related digital channels.
Information that is not published publicly
- Student home addresses, personal phone numbers and private email addresses.
- Aadhaar, birth certificates, medical records and admission documents.
- Private academic or behavioural records.
- Internal IDs, passwords, voting data or live location.
- Unredacted transfer or identity records.
Student photographs and media
Images should be school-owned or properly licensed, selected under the approved consent process and checked for safeguarding risks. Captions should avoid unnecessary full names or details that identify routines and locations.
Removal and correction
Parents or guardians can request review of an image or information through the school’s verified contact channel. The school will assess the request according to its records, legal duties and safeguarding policy.
Staff responsibility
Only authorised staff may publish student media, results or personal information. Automated systems must not publish student data without human approval.
